Представлены результаты сравнительного полевого и лабораторного анализа 112 пар потенциальных дублетных образцов овса из коллекций ВИР и NordGen. Установленное соответствие результатов полевого и лабораторного изучения подтверждает возможность использования электрофоретических спектров авенина для идентификации дублетных образцов в коллекциях овса посевного еще до полевых испытаний или в случае потери всхожести семян анализируемых образцов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Methods for identification of duplicate accessions in genebanks and the term “duplicate accession” are discussed. The results of comparative field and laboratory analysis of 112 pairs of potential duplicate accessions from the oat collections of VIR and NordGen are presented.
