Изменение климата требует адаптации регионального сортимента земляники ананасной, или садовой (Fragaria × ananassa (Weston) Duchesne ex Rozier). Перед селекционерами стоит задача выведения сортов, адаптированных к более высоким температурам лета и осени, устойчивых к зимним оттепелям.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В 2022–2025 гг. на научно-производственной базе «Пушкинские и Павловские лаборатории ВИР» изучали фенологические, потребительские характеристики, урожайность, зимостойкость и устойчивость к болезням и вредителям 108 образцов рода Fragaria L. из коллекции ВИР, включающих сорта, дикие виды и гибриды.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализ главных компонент изученных признаков показал, что основным дифференцирующим виды признаком является число ягод на растении, связанное с продолжительностью цветения и плодоношения. По ряду признаков имеются образцы диких видов, превосходящие сорта. F. vesca L. имеет потенциал раннего срока созревания ягод, устойчивости к угловатой пятнистости, серой гнили; источником зимостойкости могут быть F. moschata Duchesne ex Weston и F. viridis (Duchesne) Weston; F. viridis и F. orientalis Losinsk. обладают комплексной устойчивостью к пятнистостям листьев и серой гнили; F. mandshurica Staudt и F. сhiloensis (L.) Mill. – к серой гнили. Дикие образцы F. moschata показали урожайность 83,9 и 93,9 ц/га, что в сочетании с высокой органолептической оценкой делает перспективным их возделывание для любительского садоводства Северо-Запада. Выделены высокоурожайные сорта F. × ananassa, дающие больше 150 ц/га: ‘Владыка Зосима’, ‘Купава’, ‘Ярославна’, ‘Бова’, ‘Альтаир’, ‘Дуэт’, ‘Гейзер’, ‘Форсаж’, ‘Даренка’, ‘Торпеда’, ‘Акварель’, ‘Бердский Рубин’, ‘Танюша’, ‘Jonsok’, ‘Забелинская’.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Дикие виды рода Fragaria L. представляют собой перспективный источник устойчивости к болезням, вкусовых качеств, раннеспелости для расширения сортимента культивируемых видов земляники за счет как отдаленной гибридизации, так и увеличения количества возделываемых видов.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Climate warming requires adaptation of the regional assortment of garden strawberries (Fragaria L.). Breeders face the task of producing new cultivars adapted to higher temperatures in summer and autumn, with resistance to winter thaws.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In 2022–2025, 108 Fragaria accessions from the VIR collection, including cultivars, wild species, and hybrids, were studied at Pushkin and Pavlovsk Laboratories of VIR.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Principal component analysis of the studied plant characters showed that the main differentiating feature for the species was the number of berries per plant, associated with the duration of flowering and fruiting. Some accessions of wild species surpassed cultivars in a number of characteristics. F. vesca L. demonstrated the potential for early fruit ripening, prolonged fruiting, and resistance to Phomopsis leaf blight, and gray mold; F. moschata Duchesne ex Weston and F. viridis (Duchesne) Weston were identified for winter hardiness; F. viridis and F. orientalis Losinsk showed complex resistance to leaf spot and gray mold; F. mandshurica Staudt and F. chiloensis (L.) Mill. was resistant to gray mold. Wild accessions of F. moschata yielded 8.39 to 9.39 t/ha, which placed them in the group with medium yields. This feature, combined with high organoleptic scores, makes their cultivation in Northwest Russia a reality. High-yielding cultivars of F. × ananassa (&gt; 15 t/ha) were identified for the northwestern conditions: ‘Vladyka Zosima’, ‘Kupava’, ‘Yaroslavna’, ‘Bova’, ‘Altair’, ‘Duet’, ‘Geyzer’, ‘Forsazh’, ‘Darenka’, ‘Torpeda’, ‘Akvarel’, ‘Berdsky Rubin’, ‘Tanyusha’, ‘Jonsok’, and ‘Zabelinskaya’.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
